These are a few tips for you to consider while negotiating the best rates with our online booking service. When booking your Lifestyle Festival trip try to look at different area airports and different days of the week. Some airlines have special days for their low cost flights. When you get a good rate don’t wait too long to book it. They change rates rapidly. Be careful when comparing airline websites and other online sites. Many may quote lower fares up front but they don’t include the taxes and airport fees until the credit card payment page. Our airfare fee qoutes include all fees at the beginning so you don’t get surprised in the end. (Pun intended) The combined flight – hotel – car process can be confusing and the hotel group rates don’t apply. We recommend that you review the available airfares that are best for your dates but don’t book until you call the hotel directly and book your room dates. Remember to use the Lifestyle Festival as your Group Code when calling the hotels. Then go back and book your airline flights and car reservations right away. Remember, airfares change rapidly so don’t delay when you find a good fare for your preferred dates of travel.
