Mr. Jeffrey A. Hughes, Sr., a native of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is a 17 year veteran in law enforcement and in safety and risk management. He has been involved with the coordination of various festivals including the Caribbean-American Family Day Festival in Bronx, NY for 7 years where he developed and implemented the risk management plan for 15,000 to 20,000 festival attendees. He also created and executed the safety plan for the Virgin Islands United Incorporated CultureFest in Harlem, USA for 4 yrs with 8,000 to 10,000 in attendance.
This Gulf War Veteran career includes providing security at a number of events, including gospel shows, baseball games, parade details, executive security and numerous other events. He serves as a consultant to businesses and organizations facing risk management and safety issues. |
